Thanks all for your responses. They all inspire me while I am on this hard trying times, especially that my relatives, including my wife, are all discouraging me on my taking of supplements and vitamins and not eating sugary/high glycemic foods. But I am not gonna give up cause I did my own reasearch by reading and they didn't.
That's why I thought.... Why will I go to a psychiatrist if I don't even feel sad or depressed or suicidal despite my condition. My complains are just weakness and lightheadedness especially when I do physical stuff like walking and house chores.
I already read the book by Budd and currently reading the books by James Wilson and the former hypo/now author Roberta Ruggiero. I am currently taking the adrenal complex from healthline.cc (Dr. Marshall) but I had diarrhea when I took his recommended 8 caps a day. I am also taking B-complex, chromium, L-glutamine and 2,000 mg Vit. C but not consistent. I probably will try Dr. Wilson's adrenal supplement since that one looks like it's already complete and eliminate the inconsistent and guessing game.
After reading those books, I found out that hypoglycemia can be caused by adrenal fatigue and/or abnormal pancreas function(giving too much insulin). Apparently, hypoglycemia can make AF worse, and AF can cause hypo. In other words, each one can make the other one worse. So my question in my mind right now is, which one is the primary cause of my hypoglycemia, my pancreas or my fatigued adrenals? Anybody out there who has a clue on this?
I appreciate the suggestion about Liver Flushing but I don't think I can do it this time. With hypoglycemia, you have very low energy, just enough to get by everyday. I attempted it but discontinued due to severe lightheadedness.
...A friend of mine has just came into my mind. More than a year ago he told me that he had panic attack problem und he had been going to accupuncturist for it. The last few times that I saw him, seems like he was already well. I just forgot to ask him about it. Did anybody of you tried an accupuncturist yet for AF problems? Next time I'll ask him.
Thanks again. Additional comments are still all welcome.
