Your more than welcome bella lucia,
a juice and raw diet will help with the detox in the next 40 days, especially if you combine your foods/juices properly. This will lighten the load of elimination symptoms on your next Water Fast and make things just that bit easier.
If you would like any info' on food combinations for maximum digestion and the minimum of fermentation/putrefaction, then please let me know.
A fairly recent post of mine illustrated these combinations, but cant seem to locate it at the moment.
