hi just a question what do you use to wash her clothes? and your own? when my daughter was around the same age she had what appeared to be something similar to this (only on her face also)...come to find out grandma washed her clothes in tide (or something like that) so when she held her (pretty soon after she broke out). if you think this may be the case any time someone else holds her you could put a blank that you washed in safe detergent or soap over their shoulder so she doesnt come into contact with their harsh detergents. hope that helps.
