Did you join the Oleandersoup Forum?  I hope you did.  There is tons of information there on Oleander and a great group of people to get to know.

What I meant is that if you are taking any blood thinners, or heart medication then you should not take oleander as it intereferes or counteracts it.  But it seems that is not a problem in your case. 

To find a care provider in your area, I would look for a Naturopath.  They treat the body and illnesses naturally.
