First of all i would like to say hi to everyone on these forums. Iv read some of the post and i personaly find them inspiring. Im 20 years old and developed Psoriasis about 1 year ago. After going to several doctors and finaly seeing a dermatologist, and receving UV treatment, the symptoms subsided. Three weeks later it came back. Suprise! Anyway i found this site and a few others and i now think that self healing is the way to go. I am about to start on Dr. Connely's diet from his book ' Psoriasis can be cured' and wondered if anyone has used this before?
