i'll try the colloidal silver and the oleander, but wondering what amounts and how frequently.

To start with I would take an ounce or two of colloidal silver a day and then taper off to a couple of tablespoons daily after about a week.  You might want to invest in a good silver generator such as the Silver Puppy to make your own after you go through the first couple of bottles of Utopia Silver Colloidal Silver and keep a bottle or two of the US Colloidal Silver around in case you get any really bad bugs - something that is not likely as long as you are taking the oleander.

The Sutherlandia OPC comes with instructions.  I think the normal recommended dose is 5 ml three times a day.

if i take these two, does it mean i should stop taking/doing the other key things i've adopted in the last week, namely: olive leaf, oregano oil, increased intake of cococut oil, blackstrap/molasses/apple cider vinegar.

Oh no - by all means continue what you are doing - those things sound wonderful to me.  Oleander and colloidal silver are compatible with just about everything (except that oleander is contra-indicated for people on heart thinning or cardiac glycoside medications since it cross assays with digoxen/digitalis).

do you know any folks in the u.s. who have take the sutherlandia opc and cololloidal silver for hiv?

I can not tell you anyone specific, as I have not tried to keep track, but I know that several have ordered it and some are likely members of my oleandersoup group - where the main topics are more cancer related.
