Thank you so much for posting this! I want to try this also, but right now I'm doing and allergy Elimination Diet to see if something I'm eating is triggering the SD. So I don't want to do anything else until I figure out the diet issue, so that it doesn't affect my results. When I'm done, though, I will try this...not real clear on the salt grinding, though? Is a salt mill something like a coffee grinder?
