besides the mc are you drinking any water? i would finish my gallon at nite then would drink 5 to 5 glasses of water before bed.the water helps you pee and rid yourself of the toxins, 30 day fast is crazy town, do 15 and 6 weeks later do another 15, remember your potassium levels will decrease which can cause a heart attack, stay hydrated drink the mc and also water, do 15 days then a few days water and lemon.you will do your body better if you do this every 3 months for 10 days then every year for 30, be well
