goodsamaritan55, I saw your posts in the eczema forum advocating a totally raw fruitarian diet and I thought to myself "wow, that won't last for long." I'm glad to see that you brought back animal sources of nutrients. I agree with the Paleolithic diet. Raw animal foods are great too. The only problem is that I don't have access to freshly killed animals. That would be the only way I'd eat completely raw meat---if it were really fresh. Otherwise, right now I'm limited to raw milk and raw egg yolks. Vegetables I believe should be cooked in order to break down the hard plant cell walls, thus making them easier to digest. I agree with not consuming grains. Have you seen

? By the way, I appreciate your eczema cure web site. I ran across it a couple months ago because I've been wondering if my infant has eczema. I don't think she does, but it sort of looks like it. The rash is only on her cheeks, and seems that it only appeared because it got irritated when she rubbed it. She has really sensitive skin.
