it really takes both mind and body. if you hadnt believed enough to take so much Iodine you would have never found out.

the placebo effect is real. the effect of low doses, by all evidence i have seen, is like enough to stir crap up and not enough to get rid of it. the net is a negative. it makes people fearful to take more. its because they are not understanding the biochemistry involved.

i really appreciate your support on the higher doses. it has to have been helpful to others, too. we have a good balance on the matter.
