Are you sure that knock in the door was a dream? Would it be posible that someone was knocking to a door near you or a noise made by someone? If it is not the case.
That knock in the door might mean that someone want´s to get intouch with you, to be listened (or an aspect of yourself. Probably in an aspect related to your previous dream. I hope my idea is clear for you.
