omega 9 is also known as oleic acid. the main source of oleic acid in most diets is olive oil. here is a good list.

the food and oil with the best omega 3/6/9 profile is hemp. it has just the right combo of all three that the human body needs. however, if you are deficient in omega 3, as most people are, then flax oil is best.
