thank you Chris, i think i would feel totally lost without your support and the support from the others on this forum! i just took my resting pulse, and it was 40 beats per minute. i've never really paid much attention to my pulse before this, so i have no idea if it's normal. my blood pressure has always been about 110 over 70, but i have no idea what it is now. i am a very fit person. in terms of pulse and bp, what are dangerous numbers?

i'm going to look for the bp wrist monitor tomorrow!
