Is quinoa supposed to be hard to digest? I keep seeing pieces in my stool (sorry for being so graphic)---I have been eating it all along this diet after the first 3 months were up and never noticed it there before. Is it possible I've stopped digesting it for some reason? Any ideas anyone? Thanks?
