Oil pulling will not hurt you at all. In fact we've seen some cases of TMJ eased with OP. Will it help you? I don't know. Will it hurt you, absolutely not. Will it do other things for you...undeniably yes.

OP should be part of everyone's dental health no matter what you are dealing with, just like brushing your teeth. It should be integrated into your daily health routine. I'm absolutely positive about this.

And honey, your teeth will get whiter. How cool is that?

OP will get rid of the bad bacteria in your mouth. It will not be allowed to infiltrate your system via your blood. Your mouth is a breeding ground for that stuff.
