I was feeling like I was in a fog also. The fog went away next day post removal. It's been 1 month post removal for me, and sometimes I feel overwhelmed by things easily. I am still somewhat slow to react to things. However, the most significant improvement post removal was a much clearer mind. It felt so good to be out of the fog. I would recommend getting mirena out asap.
