Contact a local women's health clinic or your county health department. There is no reason for you to throw your life or marriage away, although I certainly can relate to the feeling. Get the thing out. There has to be someone to help you; you may have to do a little leg work and calling around.
Have your husband come here to read the posts, so that he will truly see you are not alone-- and that this is not your fault. Or print them and ask him to read them.
The fog DOES go away, but not with that thing in.
