Hi everybody,

Since I've read a lot of things about VCO and that I think I have candida, I bought VCO and tried yesterday. I've read that the reaction can be very violent and, since I had a party yesterday evening, I decided to try just a little bit, only scratching the spoon twice on the solidified oil, that I ate just "rinsed" with a bit of water.
I don't know if it was a cincidence or not (it doesn't really happen often to me!) but after 3 1/2 or 4 hours, I started feeling dizzy and I fainted!! I don't have Sugar problems, I don't take any medicine, I am not (I shouldn't be) pregnant, I don't take drugs and I hadn't drank a lot (just half of a small glass of wine).
Did that already happened to someone here? Is it a die-off or could it be an allergy (I eat sometimes things with coconut in it and no problem)?
After a night of (trying to) sleep, I'm feeling a bit weak but better. I don't know if I should try again... Any advice?
