Try Boric Acid - you can get it at most supermarkets and drugstores. Its only a couple of dollars and always works.

Another thing Dr. oz showed on Oprah: soak your feet in tea.
The tannins are supposed to work to remove odors. I only know it from the show though, not from anyone actually using it. The guest that tried it called back a couple of weeks later and said it worked great.

The Broic Acid I have known all my life because it is a known use for it in my family and friends circle. Have used it on kids after camp, kids friends that stay over, kids shoes and skates after energetic play and it always works.
