Hi. Have any women here had any success in shrinking uterine fibroids by eating a raw diet? I have 2 fibroids that aren't that big but they cause a lot of problems and my doctor is leaning towards doing a hysterectomy. I do NOT want to resort to that. I have tried the Iodine route, vitex, B vitamins, C vitamins, exercise, fat free, low carb, gluten-free diet, castor oil packs and nothing works. The fibroids just keep growing, though slowly. Thanks!
