Well Tomi,
the amount of Ascorbate, Lysine, and Proline that you receive from your diet would be extremely minimal and totally inadequate for the task of cleaning out the arteries.
I know someone who just went to their local Health-food Store, here in the UK, where they are still freely available (at the moment that is).
Otherwise over the Internet from a reliable source such as iHerb.

Make sure you read and receive the correct dosages of all three to be consumed daily from the link I have posted.
