Thanks Paul - I finally found a good 96 ounce white plastic bottle to put the diluted h202 in today - it worked out great - 8 oz h202 and 88 oz of water came to a nice 96 oz and the proper dilution of one part to 11....

For some reason my BP soars in the evening to around 190 something over 90 something and the flu like symptoms all over my body are unbearable - I wish I knew what the heck it was that causes my BP to go so high - i have been having a problem with BP for several years now but I think that my anemia is the one big source for the BP problems - lack of oxygen to the cells etc.

I had read a couple of years ago on CZ how someone who was bathing in the H202 was also immersing themselves into the water - that's why I brought it up - perhpas I will do a little dip.

Well here goes Paul - my water is ozonating and I will now take my first h202 bath ..
