Try cutting back on everything and give your body a chance to catch up. Also, don't believe everything you read...zeolite is not a food and should be taken with caution.

I understand that your main problem is with heavy metals, so you really must get your minerals in balance because the body will continue to utilize whatever it can to function and when your mineral reserves are off then it will use stored/hidden poison metals like mercury, lead...furthermore, the body will not let go of these poisons if the proper minerals are not readily available.

The most important thing in reversing any ailment is providing the body with nutritional balance and support, the focus should always be to create balance and harmony.

My health has improved by leaps and bounds by keeping everything in moderation:

---Simple basic and balanced nutrition

---basic nutritional support

---2-3 drops Miracle-Mineral-Supplement (for oxygen support & general body cleansing)

---Bach flower remedies for emotional support (won't work for everyone)

---Monolaurin, which I started about a week ago has really helped a lot! I take about a tsp per day (it's the pellet pure grade stuff). I feel like this has really strengthened my immune system.

---Also, I drink mineral water instead of purified and I believe this is key to wellness

Remember, it took many years for your body to become sick, some say if the body has been sick 20 yrs than 20 months is required for healing, but it has to be done correctly!
