I would cut back. Humble has a theory that if you have plaque in your heart area you need large amounts of vitamin c to make the artery's more flexible. The plaque was put there to support the arteries. The Miracle-Mineral-Supplement removes the plaque over time.

Magnesium shortage can also cause muscle and heart problems.
