Well done carrotjuice,
that is an admirable number of days to fast.
If you were still experiencing detox symptoms when breaking you fast I would advise continuing on an Elimination Diet before attempting another fast; that is mostly raw food according to appetite and appetite only being careful to combine your foods properly as well to maximize elimination.
