Thanks so much - you and V have provided a wealth of info.  My zits are really just one or two here and there - no biggee.  I will up my celtic sea salt a bit and my vitamin C.

NOW, when do I get to teach you two about oleander?  All V the teddy bear knows is that his wife said it was poisonous - and he does not strike me as the kind of guy to not want to know good science and info.
