I agree with imaxfli. You definitely should go to the Candida Forum . Candida (yeast , fungus or molds) often causes sinus and asthma problems, and did so in my case. I had the same symptoms as you with my sinuses, always worse after eating and I couldn't breathe through my nose at all once I had become vertical in bed. I had many, MANY sinus infections and took many, MANY Antibiotics -always getting worse and worse. These problems caused me many sleepless nights, and the more I couldn't sleep the more I stressed over it. Check out the Candida Forum and also do some searches on candida and sinus problems on the net. Clearing the candida problems will clear your sinus problems. The diet is hard to stick with (especially in my case-we ate everything that wasn't allowed on the diet!) but when you get to the point you are miserable with your health, it makes the change easier. Especially once your sinuses start opening and you can breathe again.
There are some great books on the subject-see if you can find any of these at your
local library:
Allergy and Asthma Cure by Fred Pescatore
The Yeast Connection by William Crook
The Respiratory Solution by Cass Ingram
Back to Health: A Comprehensive Medical and Nutritional Yeast Control Program by Dennis Remington. This is an old book buy has awesome info on this particular subject.
