thats interesting oddi, i have been using the "water cure" to cleanse my kidney's but now am becoming a little concerned even though i drink three pints of water a day.i found for some time although it was doing the trick my kidney's ached. i believe that it was drinking that amount of water during the winter months when i wasn't perspiring as much. i dropped my intake of water by half and my kidneys ceased aching.
i had a kidney stone many years ago,it had to make it's own way out which i used a 'tea' to help it, but for the life of me i cannot remember the type of tea that i drank. must get my thinking cap on,thanks for reminding me oddi, tomi.
