If you read the information on the products and the ingredients, you'll also notice that the protocals call for the products to be continued for a period of time without them being stopped. The information that is now in the manual in the Alt. Med Dr's office, says that you must first make a committment of following the protocal for the VRM2 for 90 days- 15 days on, 5 days off. It also calls for not eating any red meat during that whole time.
