Maybe you are allergic to ACV or the Keylimes or the combination of both. It is not uncommon to get this kind of reaction as a result of an undiagnosed allergy. That is why I believe everyone should get tested for food allergies and sensitivities and tailor their diet around avoidance of those foods.
