Hi stridar,

This may all depend on what kind of a Carbohydrate you are talking about?

And what kind of Oil you are talking about, Example: are you talking about a Natural Cold Pressed Oil or a Hydrogenated Oil or a heat extracted Oil etc on down the line!

For you see not everything may be as it may first appear to be!

What makes a difference in this case is that a Complete Complexed Carbohydrate may contain both the oils and fats as some may want to seperate them out as has been done and may be called, but this does not change how they each may Basically react to Acids in the body!
