HI there,
I suddenly started having knee pain a month ago. I couldn't figure out it out. My mom told me she had the same problem and that it was caused by a tight illetibial band. She gave me roller to work out the kinks. This she learned about through her chiropracter.

I met a TCM docter 2 weeks ago and she said that my problem is most likely my kidneys - ie stones. Please take alook at this link

It all made sense. I started a kidney flush a week ago and have been improving steadily since.

the knee pain is a symptom.
the tight muscles in the hip and leg are a symptom
the kidneys are the problem
