That's weird, maybe you have an allergy to something in shampoo? I switched to a natural shampoo with biotin. Hasn't made much of a difference, but I guess some people are allergic to chemicals normally in shampoo. That would explain the itching.

as for the picture, I actually have no idea.. The website gave it to me when I signed up.. The picture I tried to upload didn't go through.
