Hi again Tom,
Please don't ever think you are being a pain, and I am happy to stick with you, as I have previously mentioned and others recently to, your good will to make the usage protocol right is a blessing. You are a blessing Tom! Told you before I would employ you. (reminds me you still owe me lunch/dinner)
You know I believe in its capabilities, I have not had a cold in ten years.
You know why they won't debate me! But let's get people on the right track with using
naclo2. I see someone called Bob is shooting Adam Abraham and Humble on the Failofficers site (If this guy had real bullets they would both be dead) in regards to Abraham/Humbles claims that everyone is toxic. Go Bob. I didn't know Adam smoked!

A couple of questions for you?
Did I send you a 5% addition rate table?
Did I send you the Biosafe product usage document?
Are your dip sticks for free chlorine or chlorine dioxide?
Are you happy to treat yourself with the 1 ppm of free clo2 dosage rate?
Can you get powdered citric acid where you are? (a lot of supermarkets have it in their section for spices etc. in little canisters)
Do you have a friend who has a swimming pool you can get some Hcl from?(300 ml will do) If not buy a 500ml/litre from your local pool shop.
Some Answers:
The dip sticks do not read available Clo2.
The dip sticks as previously discussed do not like reading juice because of the viscosity of the liquid, and different juices have different viscosity as does vinegar, (This is some of the reasons for my disputing Miracle-Mineral-Supplement protocol) all work we do requires that you use a GRAS (generally regarded as safe acid) for activation, scientific test data is available for same as these are the Industry standards world wide for activation sodium chloride with an acid. There should be no residual of the activating acid after being taken up by the sodium chloride, hence Hcl used for water for human consumption.
INDIPENDENT DATA ON ACTIVATION: Oxine is the product 5% Naclo2 by BioCide International.
ACTIVATION OF ClO2 CONCENTRATE: Since the ClO2 is in a stabilized form in concentrate, it must be "activated" before using. To manually activate Oxine add a food grade acid such as citric or phosphoric to lower the pH in a well ventilated area to below 4 pH. A Litmus paper test at 4 pH is a simple method to be sure of activating correctly. Activation can also be verified by a corresponding color change of the concentrate from clear to yellow/green. Keep stirred at let stand for 5 minutes before using. Any number of acids will activate the stabilized ClO2, however, food grade Citric or Phosphoric acid is recommended for this application.
Note the red cell count data as I have mentioned below:
1020-027 024093 “Subchronic toxicity of chlorine dioxide and related compounds in drinking
water in the nonhuman primate.” (J. P. Berz et al., Environmental Health Perspectives 46: 47-
55 (1982)) Sodium chlorate solutions equivalent to 25, 50, 100, 200 and 400 mg/l of ClO2, was
available to African Green Monkeys for 30 - 60 days. Hematology parameters were measured.
Red cell count and hemoglobin were slightly decreased with “dose dependence” with treatment.
Other parameters were reported as “no response”. No worksheet. (Gee, 11/12/98).
