I can't seem to find anyone who is doing speltgrass juice. Spelt is the original )ol) wheat, so to speak. It has a more vitamins and minerals than wheat, and gluten from it is different (and less harmfull) than the one from wheat...thou i guess that doesn't matter with grass.

So anyway, wouldn't it stand to reason that as spelt is superior to wheat, the speltgrass should be better than wheatgrass? Has anyone tried this?
