I had severly sore hips from day 6 to day 10. It was so painful I could not sleep.

I went and got a massage therapist to work on it. She said it might be referred pain from the kidneys. We both agreed that it had to do with detoxing, that there was probably a lot of junk in the fatty tissue around the hips.

One massage, no hip pain at all since.
