Probably 75% of all crime is drug related, including prostitution. All gang life and gang crime is drug related.

Legalizes the drugs. Stop oppressing the blacks. If half of them have IQs below 85 how much can you really expect from them? Do you really expect someone with an IQ of 70 to fit in to a technological society?
