Hi Ladylove,

The Goal one should work for may be to get your pH of Both the urine and the saliva above 6.8pH, and keep it above this thru-out the day and the nite, in order to Rebuild your Sick and Diseased organs in your body!

So when you find out what you may eat or take to raise your pH up, which is not just Baking soda(sodium) or Potassium , but which may supply your body with the needed Alkaline Minerals, such as the BSM drink may do, then you may take this thru-out the day, if need be to Help your body recover!

In other words, you may want to take the drink several times during the day, if it Helps you!

And you may have readings above 7.5 pH some of the time, if you are going to be able to rebuild your body!
