I there, i was wondering what you think about my taking progesterone to help with flashes - mainly i need to sleep at night. I recovered estrogen & progesterone positive Breast Cancer recently and don't know about that still. I do the intest.#1 cleansing now but am not sure about intest. #2 because of the constipation people are saying about it. But, i do take the other phytoestrogens like licorice, all kinds of herbs and flax and everything else that is natural phytoestrogen. I can't stop (yet) the Femara, the aromatase inhibitor pill yet.
