I was able to reduce my prescription to -4.5 and - 3.5 using + Lens Therapy.
I wore +2 reading glasses while on the computer all day. This reduced eye
strain 100%. I also palmed in the morning and did light therapy from Vision for Life. It was the + Lens that gave me those fast results. Just continue to do it and hopefully drop more diopeters.
