Thanks, I'll give that a try. I'm hoping this is the jump start I need to eating healthier and staying on track. I feel if I can be disciplined enough to do this for 30 days, I can continue being disciplined afterwards. God knows I've yo-yo'd enough in my life with my weight. My kids always tell me I'm great at taking it off, but suck at keeping it off!
