Sylvester,
I think using EFT for incontinence, urgency, frequency, and so on, is a dandy idea.
But, I've been watching a TV series which uses it differently, and, I think, better...more effectively, perhaps?
The speaker doesn't use 'statements', perhaps allowing that the person already knows their intentions.
I figure that EFT is a tool for changing ones thought patterns...that it refreshes and clears long-held beliefs, even small ones. For example, I've experienced urgency when climbing stairs to the bathroom, repeatedly, in this house...though not when I've been busy out-of-doors.
Since you suggest it, I think I'll try some EFT on the STAIRS and CHAIRS...and maybe on leaping out of bed throughout the night.
Although, the leaping out of bed has subsided in the past few weeks, I think because I've been using this quicker version of EFT, liberally.
See my reports on this TV program, in the Obesity support forum. (I find I sometimes don't care for the word 'support' after an ailment. You, too?)

I also stumbled across a TV interview I found fascinating, and wrote about it here...

I fancy these principles/tools could be used inside the body, as well as out...but NOT while focussing on the ailment. It is better, I think, to simply find distractions to ones usual worries and concerns, and let the brain create new avenues for improvement.
Sure would like to hear of your, or your friends', experiences!
My best,
Fledgling
