I am now on day 7 of my first ever cleanse (MC) and have not lost any weight. I'm following the program exactly.....6 lemonades a day, swf am, lax tea pm, lots of water in between. Is there something else I should be doing? Is this normal? Will the weight come off all at once? It's not like I don't have a ton to lose or anything (Female, 42, 5'3", 203 lbs.) Any suggestions/encouragement will be greatly appreciated, thanks!
