Thanks for posting most impressive testimonials ! The one - "Give worms their marching orders" -  is especially interesting to me, after a round of Wormwood a month ago that rendered me PSYCHOTIC at the last few days of it. I researched it, after the fact, and discovered much about absinthe, which explained why I was crazed and not sleeping, etc. It seems that just a few days on the PROTOCAL you have outlined, is producing the desired results in ridding my body of  unwanted company. I am, in general, feeling better -  calmer, and that  "happy feeling " that others have described. Again, thanks for being persistent and repeating the simple solution, again and again.

I knew if I searched long enough, hard enough - that SOMEONE would have a simple, DO-ABLE plan. There seems a lot of emphasis in some forums on really unnaturally manipulative ways that are SCARY, and also a lot of squabbling that at times is HUMOR, and other times SCARY, and mostly unnecessary. Less is more, ultimately.
