>>>what ortophosphoric acid is supposed to do normally? i guess it also dissolves the bones...<<<

That's basically what I thought it was for, too. And I know it's orthophosphoric acid.

But after my first experience (since I knew I was never going to use it, and because I trust Dr. Kelley so much), I never took the time to research it further.

'Wish I could offer you more insight & information, but I don't have anything 'solid' to offer...well, except encouragement & blessings!

Oh, there is one other thing I can share...I don't like ES either (I mix up a lil' electrolyte balancer drink I found from Telman on the Liver flush forum) and that helps HUGE. But I always take at least one dose the next day AND do a coffee enema.

It is SO important to make sure you get every last little bit of liver debris OUT FAST after the flush. Andreas Moritz has written a whole book on liver flushing, and when you read about how fast toxin-laden bile reabsorbs into the bloodstream and how that can burden the body AND the liver (which causes more stones to form - yes, parasites aren't the only way liver stones form)...not to mention what can happen if a larger stone somehow gets lodged into the folds of the intestines (because it's so toxin-laden/full of junk it has the possibility of being very irritating to the intestinal lining and the area can even become infected. YIKES He recommends having a colonic or doing a colema the day after the flush, at the very least a high enema and/or the ES. Here's a link to his books on Amazon...be sure to check out the reviews from folks who have read them!

I don't like using 'fear' OR inspiring fear...but what he says makes enormous sense, especially when you learn how fast bile absorbs back into the bloodstream - and it's ALWAYS better to be safe than sorry (especially since we can't see what's going on inside of us!).

Along that same note, be SURE to stay adequately hydrated!! Imagine the liver & intestines all "plump and juicy" and completely filled with the water they need...with all that beautiful flow. Now imagine the liver & intestines all dry & shriveled up...and imagine the liver trying to flush itself and the intestines trying to rid themselves of the toxic debris if they're all shriveled and dry.

Someday (when I have more time), I'll share a couple of 'hubby stories' of what happened to him when he flushed when he wasn't drinking enough water. It wasn't a pretty picture!

Whew, I'm all out of time for now.

Flush ON -
