My intuition is telling me that you should start by adding more salt. 

This has nothing to do with why I think you should use more salt, but I did want to share:  I had trouble some days on my last cleanse with the SWF.  I knew I was getting enough water, but it was very cold and dry outside while I was fasting and I thought maybe that had something to do with it.
