You want to address the problem without losing your mind! Accutane and its relatives have terrible side effects -- I was miserable and quit Accutane halfway through a course -- and IMO anything that could cause damage to a baby is something that a grown baby should not be taking either.

Please -- try the iodine. Get clean inside and the outside will follow. Iodine is wonderful for mood, to boot.
