Well, no sense taking something that makes you feel bad. Everyone's chemistry is different.

Disgusting, as in the taste? I just think of it as very astringent, like biting into a grapefruit seed.
(Hmm, wonder if there's a connection ;-)

Forgot to mention, i take Iodine too.
