My son is a senior in high school this year and is really feeling the stress of exams and workload, so I suggested he try inversion.

He loves it. He has had back, neck and shoulder pain (probably from hours on the computer), and he is finding that inversion therapy is helping with the pain as well as helping to keep him calm and relaxed.

Inversion is awesome.......
