Jfh thanks for sharing your story. Helps to know how Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is effective and that it's best - at least at first - to limit supplements. Am currently off all supplements on drinking water, eating green veg and a small amount of flaxseed (which helps me concentrate, raises energy levels and helps pull out the bad toxins - both heavy metals and cleanse the colon). I was wondering about Iodine too so it's interesting to see how it does/doesn't work. Cheers, Alexa
